About Prezenca Pass
How does a guest get the pass?
Today the confirmation email tells them to collect it at the desk with the order number, and staff mark it handed over. Next, passes arrive with a QR code in Apple or Google Wallet and are scanned at the entrance.
Can a pass be cheaper with a room?
Yes. Each property sets a percentage or a quantity ladder for passes bought with a stay, capped at the number of guests.
Can we sell passes on their own?
Yes. Pass works without the other modules; the stay discount simply applies when a stay is in the cart.
Can an order be cancelled?
Until the passes are handed over, staff can cancel the order and refund it to the card or to a gift voucher.
