Prezenca Event
Sell the tickets, then see who came.
Festivals, camps, races and concerts: tickets by day and by variant, sale phases that move on by date or when they sell out, and check-in at the gate with any phone.
- Early bird that ends on its date or when it sells out
- Any phone becomes a scanner
- The last spot sold once, never twice
Tickets
A ticket for a day, a weekend, or the whole festival
A ticket can be valid on any of the event's days and admit several people, like a family ticket. Options such as age and where you sleep make priced variants, each with its own limit.
- Day tickets and multi-day passes
- One ticket for a whole family
- Paid tickets, free sign-up, or show only
Sale phases
Early bird that ends on its own
Phases like Early bird and Full price set a price for every ticket and variant. A phase ends on its date or as soon as its spots are sold, and the next price starts. Your website can show the price now, the next one, and how many are left.
- Phases shared across your events
- Spots per phase, across all variants
- Capacity per ticket, per day or in one shared pool
Check-in
Any phone becomes a scanner
Staff scan QR codes with the phone's camera right in the admin, with no app to install; USB scanners and typed codes work too. Entry follows the day: once, a set number of times, or as often as needed.
- A booking code lets the whole group in
- Wrong-day, cancelled and repeat scans refused
- Tickets issued and emailed at the gate
Tickets and attendees
A ticket for every guest, with their own code
Ask what you need with reusable question sets, before the purchase or after it. Every guest gets their own PDF ticket with a QR code, in your colour, and staff can resend one ticket or a whole order.
- Question sets with names, date of birth, meals and more
- Guests finish their details through the order link
- Emails in five languages
