Where the experience begins.
Prezenca Experience
Rentals, courts, lessons and tours, booked by the slot.
Set a weekly schedule once and sell every slot on your own website, with the places left, the bikes in stock and a lower price for guests who stay.
- Slots from a weekly schedule, 90 days ahead
- Stock that knows which bike is in the workshop
- Two guests never get the last place
Schedules
Set the week once, and the slots follow
Weekdays, season dates and several windows a day, with a slot length, a buffer between slots and the places in each. Slots are made for the next 90 days, every night, and closed days stay closed.
- Timed slots, or one slot for each open day
- Several windows a day, with buffers
- The places left, shown on your website
Rentals and courts
Stock that knows which bike is in the workshop
Resources are what a booking needs: a court, an instructor, a rack of bikes. Bikes are numbered, and one taken out of service comes off sale at once. A guest who picks a time gets a free court assigned.
- Resources counted, or one of a kind
- Numbered bikes, out of service by date
- Never two bookings on one court
Slot calendar
See the season at a glance
Week, month and year views across experiences and events; the year view shows how full every day is. Open a slot to see what is reserved, what is held and what is still free.
- Week, month and year views
- Reserved, held and free for every slot
- Long rentals shown on every slot they cover
With a stay
Sold inside a stay, at the hotel-guest price
Packages put experiences inside a stay, for every guest from a minimum age or once for the party, and the guest picks the option, the day and the time. With a stay in the cart, an experience can have its own hotel-guest price.
- For each guest, or once for the party
- Fixed, percentage or quantity prices with a stay
- Coupons for chosen experiences
